Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Pullster is an app provided by Steadfast Systems LLC for trading card collectors. These standards describe how Pullster prevents, detects and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They apply to everyone who uses Pullster and to every part of the app where people can post, message or share.

Zero tolerance. Child sexual abuse and exploitation is prohibited on Pullster without exception. This includes CSAM, sexualized depictions of minors (real, illustrated or generated), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other sexualization or exploitation of a person under 18. Accounts that engage in it are removed permanently.

1. Pullster is an adults-only service

Our Terms of Service require every account holder to be at least 18 years old. Pullster is not directed to children, is not listed for a child audience, and has no child-directed features. Where we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

2. What is prohibited

The following are banned everywhere on Pullster, including posts, photos, captions, comments, profile fields, trade notes and direct messages:

3. How to report it, inside the app

Anything a person can see in Pullster, they can report from where they see it. There is no form to find and no email required:

A report takes a reason (inappropriate content, harassment, scam, spam, or other) and an optional description, and files straight into our moderation queue. If a report concerns a child's safety, say so in the description and it is treated as urgent.

Pullster also has Contact Support in Settings, which opens a support ticket we answer directly. From outside the app, or without an account, write to contact@pullster.app.

4. What we do when we learn of CSAE

We act on actual knowledge however we obtain it: a user report, our own moderation, or a notification from a platform such as Google Play.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Every report is reviewed by a person. Content that does not comply is removed once reviewed, and accounts that violate this policy are permanently banned. For child safety violations the ban is permanent on the first offence, with no warning and no appeal path back to the same account.

6. Compliance and review

Pullster complies with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it operates, including United States federal reporting obligations. We review these standards at least annually, and whenever we ship a feature that changes how people can contact each other.

Point of contact for child safety

Steadfast Systems LLC maintains a designated point of contact for child safety and CSAE matters, including notifications from Google Play and other platforms:

This address is monitored, and messages about child safety are prioritized over other correspondence.
