Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last Updated: June 18, 2026

The short version: Pullster respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Pullster infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent (below) and we'll review and remove infringing material promptly.

1. Card Images and Game Content

Pullster displays Magic: The Gathering™ card images and data sourced from Scryfall under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Magic: The Gathering and all related names, images, and symbols are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Pullster is an independent app by Steadfast Systems and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast or Scryfall. We can remove specific card art or data on request — our catalog is regenerated from source, so removals are straightforward.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the post URL, the user's @handle, or the card).
  4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Your counter-notice should include: your signature; identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if your address is outside the United States, the district in which we are located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Pullster will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
